Fees/Insurance

All co-pays, deductibles, and patient portions are due at the time of service. Obstetric fees will be divided into monthly payments if desired. All obstetric fees not covered by your insurance must be paid prior to the seventh month of your pregnancy.

Our office staff is available to assist with some questions regarding insurance coverage, but it is the patient's responsibility to know her benefit coverage. If your insurance plan requires a referral, prior authorization or pre-certification, please call your insurance company and obtain these prior to receiving treatment.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and debit cards.

All obstetric fees not covered by your insurance must be paid prior to the seventh (7th) month of your pregnancy.

Referrals

Any referral required by your insurance company must be received prior to your scheduled appointment; obtaining the referral is the responsibility of the patient.
